Prior to that, he contributed to the Advisory Board of Digital MR (specialists in online and social media consumer research) and served on the Board of Dashen SC, Ethiopia's second-largest brewery, between 2011 and 2013.Neil’s earlier leadership roles include serving as CEO of Stock Spirits Group (2006–2009), where he transformed the company into Central Europe’s leading spirits brand, culminating in its successful listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2013. From 2002 to 2005, he was President and CEO of Allied Domecq Europe, overseeing its £1 billion operations as the company’s second-largest international division. Between 1997 and 2001, Neil was Managing Director of Allied Domecq Iberia, driving growth and market leadership in the region.Neil’s career has been defined by his focus on growth, development, and leadership in image-oriented consumer goods, particularly in the beverage sector. He is passionate about the dynamic interplay between consumers, brands, and the value chains that connect them.
