His career spans decades of expertise in leadership, strategic vision, and value creation across global markets.Currently, Neil is the co-founder and principal shareholder of Brockmans Gin Ltd., an independent spirits company known for its innovation and premium offerings. He also serves as Chairman of Rye River Brewing Company and Marble Communications, and is the anchor shareholder and a Director of Jubel Beer, a trailblazer in the beer market.From 2021 to 2023, Neil was a Board Director of Lambay Island Whiskey Company, a premium whiskey brand based on Lambay Island, just off the coast of Dublin. Prior to that, he contributed to the Advisory Board of Digital MR (specialists in online and social media consumer research) and served on the Board of Dashen SC, Ethiopia's second-largest brewery, between 2011 and 2013.Neil’s earlier leadership roles include serving as CEO of Stock Spirits Group (2006–2009), where he transformed the company into Central Europe’s leading spirits brand, culminating in its successful listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2013. From 2002 to 2005, he was President and CEO of Allied Domecq Europe, overseeing its £1 billion operations as the company’s second-largest international division. Between 1997 and 2001, Neil was Managing Director of Allied Domecq Iberia, driving growth and market leadership in the region.Neil’s career has been defined by his focus on growth, development, and leadership in image-oriented consumer goods, particularly in the beverage sector.
