As Regional Cash Director, I deliver and build the Cash businesses for G4S in 11 countries in the Middle East. Responsible for a significant portfolio and for building a strategy to ensure G4S' position as the number one cash solutions provider in the region. The success criteria for this role are:1) The retention and growth of the existing business and the further integration of services with commercial banks, retailers, Central banks and regulators through innovation and efficiency delivered via improved operational standards and automation.2) The development of new routes to market by enhancing the existing product portfolio and building End-to-End solutions with my team to assist with current critical market concerns and moulding new operating models to deliver a balance of an improved risk profile and deliver cost efficiency whilst simultaneously providing clients and their customers with enhanced capability and greater transparency.3) By entering new markets and thus building the presence of G4S in the Middle East.My role is balanced by retaining the role of Managing Director for the Cash Business in UAE, providing me with the opportunity to understand the opportunities and risks within the region and enables me to use the business to model specific nuances and improvements in a fast developing and ambitious market.
