LSO began as a philanthropic effort at Four Mangos. Under my direction, we created a new interactive marketing system complete with an online fundraising management engine on the Kintera platform. I then worked closely with the members of the board and the President to craft a new brand for the LSO and a new corporate fundraising strategy. I helped manage their summer event series as well as the marketing of their season's many concerts. It was a fantastic ride and I'd love to serve on a non-profit board again

I held two positions at Exchange. I was initially on the QA team and asked to head up the team. I moved over to pre-post sales engineer so that I could move overseas.

Partnered with the senior finance team to design and deliver the Oracle powered time and materials financial management suite. I helped run testing, deployment, and on-call training for some of the global operations.

I was responsible for managing the finances for some of BSH's larger more established clients.

I managed all accounts receivable and co-managed payroll for this 50-million-dollar a year, 500 employee heavy and general excavation company. Ran collection calls for post 30-day invoices with a monthly ask of, on average, 3 to 4 million dollars. Designed controls to ensure projects were delivered on time and within budget, managed contract retainers and invoicing requirements, partnered with the CFO to help with year-end auditing, and helped negotiate employment dues payments with labor unions. My two favorite roles: 1) The monthly calls with the business managers at the labor unions during their collections calls; 2) My monthly collections calls with the likes of Gilbane, Turner, and Bechtel.
