The lifeblood of a competitive 21st-century organization is data. How it is managed, stored, and transformed into information and knowledge products becomes the foundation for decision-making. Helping an organization become more profitable is about establishing this foundation, and aligning people, culture, technology, and business process repeatability in support of strategic organizational goals. Changing culture takes time. With the right structure in place, faster and better-informed decision-making will result in a winning team with higher profits and, very importantly, a more enjoyable place to work.
