Worked with key internal stakeholders, e.g. legal and regulatory, to provide guidance and data support on DER policy and strategy creation and developing best practices, DER technical standards, and process improvements integrating DER driven by the market. Maintained and developed performance measurements/KPI’s to drive results and optimize business performance in line with National Grid objectives and meet jurisdictional service quality metrics. Forecasted the balance of internal and external resources and delivery of projects according to schedule and budget and grew the initial engineering staff from 6 to 21 in 4-1/2 years.
