I was part of a team supporting all of the major applications at Screwfix Direct which included Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002 as well as supporting in house applications and writing bespoke VB applications and scripts.Key Achievements:-Design, implementation and management of Microsoft BizTalk 2002 environment that.

As a member of the helpdesk team I was responsible for taking, prioritising and logging calls from business users, if the problem could not be fixed by the User Support Analyst then the call was escalate to the 2nd/3rd line support function. After 6 months in this role I was promoted to Senior User Support Analyst, in this role I had more responsibility.

As an on site engineer maintaining networks, servers and clients at schools around Somerset and Dorset. Through my role at Personal Computing I built up a sound knowledge of maintaining and setting up Windows NT Servers and client.
