My career began here at Diamond H as a Toolmaker, completing a 5 year apprenticeship prior to becoming a Tool Design Draughtsman, a role I performed for the following 3 years. This experience provided an excellent grounding in a wide range of engineering disciplines and paved the way to becoming a successful Production Engineer.In this latter role I was required to perform a range of tasks including the design and implementation of manufacturing facilities, managing projects delivering quality improvements and cost-reductions.
