I have founded and operated three firms and have raised $20,000,000+ split across equity (venture capital and angel) and debt (bank and private equity) sources.Prior to my entrepreneurial career, I held corporate positions with EDS, Metlife and Carroll Companies, Ltd.The following is a summary of the companies I have founded and operated:1) VCC Interactive - An interactive advertising agency of 150+ clients and creator of the Virtually.com city guides. The Virtually.com guides were one of the first city search sites launched in 1995 and grew to 8 cities; including San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. The large, growing audience of the Virtually guides attracted global interest and led to strategic partnerships with AOL Digital Cities, Microsoft Sidewalk and Copley Newspapers to name a few partners.2) V2Commerce - A venture backed software firm providing hosted lead/data management management tools3) Impact Engine - A provider of multimedia automation products. Impact Engine has created 3 products; Presentation Engine, Flash Ad Engine and, most recently, the Impact Engine display ad automation platform.I am a native Californian and lived in the state most of my life; growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am an alumnus of the Unversity of San Diego and San Diego State University's MSBA program in Entrepreneurial Science.
