I led bridge funding round, drove growth by structured management of technology and service roadmap, then sought A-round investment that attracted considerable market interest, ~$25m investment. Succeeded in winning several industry awards, including Retail Systems Awards 2023, Irish eCommerce Awards 2023.I was invited by Shareholders of 2San Global to strategically review their market positioning of their early-stage healthcare business. I shifted their focus onto diagnostic product sourcing, commercial distribution, and with a greater emphasis on customer-centred testing. I transitioned the business from 1st year turnover of >£30m, to 2nd year revenues valued >£400m, with net profitability of >15%, to become appointed Chair.
