In this role, Neil develops and implements a variety of data and strategic solutions, in response to complex geopolitical and other sourcing challenges in the electronic component industry. He collaborates cross-functionally with electrical engineering, supply chain, legal, and procurement teams, and leads a global project team across the USA, PRC, Mexico, Vietnam, and India for solution development and rollout. These solutions include strategic response initiatives, support for responsible sourcing efforts, and the buildout of corporate-wide systems to manage a large and ever-changing volume of electronic component and supplier data.Milwaukee Tool is the largest business unit of Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd. (TTI), and a professional end user-focused provider of integrated jobsite solutions, including the M18, M12, and MX FUEL lines. TTI is a Hong Kong-based firm specializing in the production of professional and consumer-grade tools and jobsite and home solutions, and also includes brands such as Ryobi, Hart, AEG, Hoover, and Dirt Devil.In addition to these responsibilities, Neil serves as the Recruiting Liaison to Michigan Tech on behalf of Milwaukee Tool's Operations Development Program (ODP), since 2022.
