International award-winning copywriter, award-winning producer, world record holder, voiceover artist, former college professor, bestselling author (in my category, at least). Have acted as my own chase producer through most of my career, and have interviewed more than 10,000 people (so far).Recently added podcasting to the quiver, after a perhaps unhealthy obsession with Dan Harris' "Ten Percent Happier" podcast led a light to come on about something I could be doing to improve the lives of others. Weekly podcast is the research phase of a book I'm writing, dealing with the fact that 30+ years in mornings means I haven't had a good night's sleep since 1989.Both elements feature interviews with neuroscientists, sleep researchers helping me with the science, and celebrities and high achievers offering the things that help THEM sleep... which I then go and "road test" myself for a couple of weeks at a time to see which things make a difference, and which things are garbage.

Sure, did morning on six different radio morning shows at the same time... but TWO things stood out, in addition to the amazing people...1) The time I got to do a hit on WCBS 880 in New York. (What's bigger than that?)2) The time they had me create - from scratch - what basically became the training manual for the reporters doing traffic for WO's New England affiliates. What?!
