CurrentUtilize technical expertise in UX writing to lead a team of 3 handpicked UX writers in the development and implementation of an anonymous tipline chatbot. Facilitate weekly UX Writing team meetings to review progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with the team using an Agile SDLC model. Serve as a key liaison for UX Writing, bridging communication between departments and direct reports to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and initiatives.Leverage advanced Figma and Figjam skills to collaborate with the UX Writing team in ideating, refining, and iterating conversational flows, optimizing chatbot design for usability testing, ensuring quick readiness for rapid prototyping.Integrate Twilio's Programmable SMS to design and prototype a scalable, secure anonymous tipline for violence reporting, collaborating with Strategy and Research teams to create efficient messaging workflows and enhance community safety.Consults with stakeholders to conduct user research and develop accessible, clear, and readable chatbot messages, ensuring user-centered design for the target audience (6th-grade reading level or below, per Flesch-Kincaid readability test) and aligning designs with current and future priorities to optimize efficiency.Collaborate with the research team to conduct usability tests focused on UX copy, sharing testing methodologies, and insights to optimize user experience leading to actionable findings that highlight the overall effectiveness of the conversational design.Partner with cross-functional team leads, initiate a UX content audit on project artifacts, and assess progress of two-weeks sprints to address potential concerns.
