Resulted in increased majorities in 4 seats, and lower than average reductions in overall vote in 7 others - ALL seats targeted were won, many significantly against trend.

Boosted charge card business line by negotiating strategic partnership with Amex for exclusive use of its services, thereby quadrupling third-party fee income. Orchestrated setup, launch and management of small financials-biased hedge fund, executing all phases of setup project. Designed robust supporting infrastructure to ensure lean and cost-effective operations despite limited budget. Innovated cutting-edge technical solution to provide real-time availability of internal valuations and associated spreadsheets. Wrote and published all company literature.

Led general company operations and all cash and treasury functions, growing initial assets of $150M to AUM of $600M within 3 years. Directed targeted transition away from Japanese Yen base and moved single portfolio approach to master/feeder structure to attract additional $75M in GBP, Euros, and Swiss Francs. Optimised operations and overall performances while reducing management and operational costs by 50%. Secured competitive market advantage for company and improved returns by optimising format for technically complex series of FX and derivative positions. Generated $1.5M in revenue and raised additional $100M in funds by innovating in-built culture-changing programme that enabled “shorting” of volatile markets.

A Master Trust custodian.Headhunted to help set up, establish and run a new London based Master Trust, settlement and administration organisation in the UK.
