My passion is career development and enhancing individual careers through learning and development. I have more than twenty-five years professional experience across the Financial Services, Supply Chain, ICT, Utilities and Education sectors. I am an accomplished L&D Manager/Consultant, Facilitator and Project Manager. My learning and development and consulting experience includes the design and implementation of HR related processes and policies within ICT and Finance companies and the planning and implementation of change projects to improve internal processes and inter-team communications. I have designed, developed and facilitated a variety of workshops and training programs in both organisational and educational settings as well as curriculum design. As a qualified careers counsellor I have also successfully run group and one-on-one careers coaching sessions.My project management and online experience includes management of teams producing web sites, Intranet redevelopment projects and project recovery ensuring the completion of a business case and roadmap for successful implementation.
