Tasked with working collaboratively with 13 target sports and associated governing bodies to produce an accreditation system for grassroots level clubs and volunteers was always going to be a challenge, but one I was delighted to grasp.The resulting "Clubmark" has since helped provide guidance, funding and opprtunities for hundreds of clubs and thousands of participants of sport further opportunities previously unavailable to them.

Coordinated and ran a comprehensive network of school and after school coaching, development and education classes throughout Stirling, Flakirk and Clackmananshire.
