CurrentArchitected and authored a 100,000+ line-of-code verification framework, named PyATE, written in Python and C++, that was certified to RTCA DO-330. This framework verified safety-of-life code, up to DAL- A (the highest safety level recognized by the FAA). PyATE was chosen by many of the programs in Collins Melbourne Florida. The testing rigs included software-defined radios, SIP (Voice over IP), and sophisticated hardware-in-the-loop black-box testing setups; These complicated interfaces were implemented in-house, by the PyATE team, because no commercial off-the-shelf equipment existed for our needs.Created the PyTRAC, a touchscreen Raspberry Pi and Python based tablet, as a replacement for a $12,000 avionics data bus analyzer that was created in the late 1990s. Did the CAD design, PCB design and layout, embedded C++ software, Linux embedded application, and all verification testing
