Neil Binder is an expert in residential real estate investment and strategy, having specialized in residential real estate for more than 35 years, initially by developing investment products for partnerships as a principal and co-founder of Bellmarc. Raised in Beechhurst, Queens, where he attended public school, Neil graduated from Syracuse University and later earned his MBA from New York University. Neil first worked as a Certified Public Accountant before co-founding The Bellmarc Companies 1979. Neil guides the direction of the company and personally shapes the curriculum for the new agent training program and leads many of the seminars. An accomplished writer, Neil is the author of the best-selling The Ultimate Guide to Buying and Selling Coops and Condos in New York City, The Art of Selling: A Scientific Approach, Selling Mechanics and Thinking About Selling. He is active in numerous cultural, political and charitable organizations.

  Bellmarc has been in my blood for over 35 years when I initially started the business with my former business partner. I began in a small office in Greenwich Village hoping for the best and suffering through worst. I have seen an abundance of buyers and a shortage of buyers. I have seen interest rates at 20% and interest rates at 1%.
