Neil Graham is a revenue executive with a strong track record of success in building, leading, and scaling high-performance SaaS sales and go-to-market (GTM) teams for over 2 decades.Currently at Performio as Chief Revenue Officer, Neil is helping grow the customer facing organization globally in the functions of Business Development, Mid Market and Enterprise Sales, Solution Engineering, Channel, Verticals, Enablement and Revenue Operations.Neil was previously CRO at PayIt, a leading provider of GovTech Digital solutions. At PayIt he helped the company grow from Series B and $18mm in revenue to Series C and $40mm+ in revenue with over 50 customers and almost 200 global employees. Before PayIt, Neil was the GM/VP of the Americas at Tealium from November 2016 through 2019. During that time he led the Enterprise, Commercial and Channel sales organizations. Before running the Americas region he served as Tealium’s VP of the West since April 2015. Under Neil's leadership he implemented a 3 tier (SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise) direct sales model that was geographic and vertically focused across 6 regions; deployed a global Value Selling methodology to improve productivity and win rates; and ultimately grew the Americas sales and channel organization from c 20 employees to 55 and sales productivity from $277,000 per employee in 2015 to $657,000 per employee in 2019. Neil led the Americas business to 300%+ growth and helped the company grow from $20m to $100m in ARR and a $1B+ valuation.Prior to Tealium, Neil served as Regional Vice President of Sales at Jive Software, Inc. where he helped drive record growth from $70mm to almost $200mm in revenue as well as take the company public to achieve a $2B market valuation. During his tenure Neil was promoted twice and nominated as the company’s Manager of the Year in 2013.Prior to Jive, Neil spent almost a decade at salesforce.com, where he first served as a Strategic AE and then as Director of Sales, opening up the Seattle office and becoming the first employee in the Pacific Northwest for the company. Neil helped grow the company from <$20mm in revenue to over $2.5B, and received various awards and recognition for his team’s performance during the tenure.Neil started his software career at Oracle Corporation, where he consistently overachieved in product, services and renewal revenue and was promoted 4 times in 6 years.Neil graduated with a dual major in International Relations and Economics from Syracuse University and currently lives with his wife and 3 daughters in the San Francisco area.
