• Successfully managed a constant 40+ projects workload from inception to project close out in multiple practices ranging from a firewall migration in a small business to full incident management with fortune 500 clients at a 95% client satisfaction rate. • Mitigated risks to projects by proactively communicating/ coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders, matching appropriate resources based on timeline and skillsets, validating client expectations and maximizing resource utilization and practice revenue. • Effectively report and communicate with external and internal project stakeholders and current status, risks and dependencies of all projects by maximizing available resources, near real time project updates, and constant planning on current/ future projects.

Developed the intelligence section Standard Operation Procedures using section, department , customer and executive feedback to refine and streamline the processes for conducting analysis for presenting material in a cohesive and relevant manner for multi-level and department use.
