Founder of Glass Engine with over a decade of experience in the screen industry, my journey is defined by a deep-seated passion for storytelling, the art of cinema and embracing technology. Glass Engine has three founding principles - 'People, Purpose and Planet' and are committed to the collective and relentless pursuit of quality of products we create, and reshape the future of the screen industry, both in how films and television is made and how audiences consume content.My previous experience at Screen Queensland, I played an integral role in helping attract significant in production investment exceeding $335 Million Dollars into Australia with films such as Aquaman, Thor: Ragnarok, Pacific Rim: Uprising, Godzilla Vs Kong, The Shallows, Danger Close and Netflix's first Australian television series. I also pitched the idea, conceptualised a design and oversaw the build of what would become Screen Queensland Studios the third largest studio company is Australia a legacy for the future of the Australian screen industry. And an active member of the Advisory Board for Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival.

This iconic Australian Outback Town which is the home of Waltzing Matilda, Australia's home of the Dinosaur and the Birthplace of Qantas, and now the driving for the creation of a Regional Film Industry in Queensland. The Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival is inspired by the Sundance Film Festival. It is an incorporated, non-profit organisation developed by the passion and drive of the Winton community and brought to you thanks to their visionary partners.
