The Finchale Group is a UK Registered Charity, providing adult education, training, employability and welfare support services to veterans, those in military service and their families and any individuals with multiple barriers to social inclusion. In addition, Finchale also provided adult training schemes and apprenticeships in the Construction Sector, fulfilling their training needs and preparing them for employment. Business objectives and results include:- Reconciled Finchale Group Performance and Financials for the previous 4 years achieving absolute clarity.- Rightsized the business, creating a business vertical and Divisional approach.- Drafted a 2.5 year Business Plan and Budget, creating a robust business recovery flightpath gaining full Board sign off.

Coquet Trust is a Registered UK Healthcare Charity, set up to support people with learning disabilities by providing care in the home and in the community. I led a team of 6 Senior Leaders and 250 Support Workers, safely navigating the Trust through the early stages of COVID, by implementing a robust Risk Management and Governance framework. I also introduced a Business Plan approach, whilst drafting and implementing the start of a full Business Change Programme; with the objective of supporting the incoming CEO.Business objectives and results include:- Safely led Coquet Trust through early stages of COVID, with zero Service Users contracting COVID.- Drafted and implemented the start of a "best in class" People Plan, whilst executing Furlough.- Drafted and implemented a Commercial Change Plan, whilst executing 19-20 result and drafting 20-21 Budget- Positive result in Care Quality Commission Emergency Support Framework Audit - Drafted a Trust wide Change Programme supported by the 20-21 Budget, ready to support the incoming CEO and the year ahead.

- Accountable for 75% market share of total UK Work Choice contract provision.- Accountable for £70 million Revenue; equating to 85% of Shaw Trust P&L.- Significantly exceeded my EBITDA target.- Led a Senior Leadership Team of 5, consisting 3 Directors and 2 Heads of Services.- 25 Contract Package Areas (Regions) in total, across the full UK. England, Scotland and Wales.- I inherited a performance turnaround situation; 12 Work Choice Contracts were placed in breach by Department of Work and Pensions and given formal Performance and Improvement Notifications.- I led on weekly Performance Review meetings with the Director of the Department of Work and Pensions.- I drove performance from breach (bottom of the national league table) to top of the league table in 6 months.- In doing so, I positioned Shaw Trust for future growth and contractual wins.
