I'm a Business Advisory Partner with RSM with over 30 years'​ experience of advising entrepreneurial mid-market businesses and the people behind them. I specialise in the recruitment sector but also advise businesses across many other sectors. I lead the RSM national recruitment sector team, and having been the CFO of a rapidly expanding group within the sector, I have a commercial approach and insight to the issues my clients face. My focus is on understanding and helping my clients achieve their objectives which may include advising on strategy development and implementation, business planning, growth challenges, succession issues, tax planning and thinking around their business to present relevant ideas and opportunities.
