While at Lookback I was involved in many parts of the company/business and product. But during my 3 years there were some key initiatives I spearheaded.Initiated a side-project which was later taken in-house "unicorns" – live stream your iPhone screen, I was responsible for the concept, web build (which included live chat) and infrastructure allowing live streaming. I also managed and initiated the product hunt listing which at the time became one of the all time top hunts with over 1500 upvotes.Initiated, prototyped and delivered the web offering for user research which involved a chrome app and extension and opened the platform up to browser research and allowed desktop users on Mac, Chromebook, Windows and Linux the ability to use Lookback for the first time. The extension became one of the most popular tools for research.I instigated partnership conversations and integrations with services such as Marvel and InVision.Initiated, prototyped and delivered the very first "live" offering from Lookback – Real-time 2 way live user research utilising WebRTC. This has since become a key focus and offering of the company.
