While at Lookback I was involved in many parts of the company/business and product. But during my 3 years there were some key initiatives I spearheaded.Initiated a side-project which was later taken in-house "unicorns" – live stream your iPhone screen, I was responsible for the concept, web build (which included live chat) and infrastructure allowing live streaming. I also managed and initiated the product hunt listing which at the time became one of the all time top hunts with over 1500 upvotes.Initiated, prototyped and delivered the web offering for user research which involved a chrome app and extension and opened the platform up to browser research and allowed desktop users on Mac, Chromebook, Windows and Linux the ability to use Lookback for the first time. The extension became one of the most popular tools for research.I instigated partnership conversations and integrations with services such as Marvel and InVision.Initiated, prototyped and delivered the very first "live" offering from Lookback – Real-time 2 way live user research utilising WebRTC. This has since become a key focus and offering of the company.

A rapid front-end development toolset for designers and developers.The front-end development & design landscape is continuously evolving at an amazing pace with new tools and practices appearing on an almost daily basis. Learning and integrating this into your workflow can become a time consuming and sometimes ignored routine.Mixture was born out of a genuine need for a tool and online service which could simplify and improve this workflow, essentially reducing the friction involved in front-end development, design and deployment.The tool solves the setup and environment issues and the online services offer a quick and efficient way to share prototypes and publish completed projects.As well as simplification a key aim of Mixture was to build in features and services that provide an element of magic to the user and “just work”.

I collaborated on StickerNation (stickernation.net - no longer online).StickerNation was a non profit, self initiated website dedicated to showcasing and supporting sticker artists. The site featured interviews with various artists and offered free downloadable sticker artwork to stick and share. By the time the site closed the archive had over 35,000 images from over 5000 different artists and had won the 2004 SXSW Award for Art.
