To be effective it’s not just about dispensing advice from on high - it's also about fostering meaningful connections and building trust. By building strong relationships based on mutual respect and understanding, I believe that we can create more effective and sustainable communities.I’m not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom or rethink outdated assumptions, that’s why co-founding GoCollaborate and building a powerful online consultation platform is critical for the modern age — we need to be accessible and hear all voices if the ambitions of the “levelling up” agenda are to be truly realised.
