I am the owner of Valhalla Fitness and Performance, a training company based on the improvement of lives through health and exercise. Focusing on both in person one-on-one training as well as online programming, Valhalla Fitness and Performance is dedicated to helping anybody reach their fitness goals.Along with being the owner, I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Also through ACE, I am certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a Functional Movement Specialist. I have also studied many hours in sport performance training, mainly in powerlifting and golf. I plan on getting my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification in the summer of 2020.
