Tender and contract planning including monitoring progress and change control.Developed tender programmes for all of AMCO Rail southern region using Primavera P6.This involved collaboration with all members of the bid team including supply chain partners, designers,suppliers, client representatives and senior management to produce tender programmes that accurately reflect tender requirements and AMCO proposals.Provided service support for all AMCO South projects.
