We provide non-recourse finance (including insurance for adverse costs) for commercial litigation claims. For many of our funded cases, the claimant had the means to finance them. They are attracted to our funding as it reduces their litigation risk; allows them to view litigation as an asset and use their cash for other purposes. It also helps litigation lawyers attract business from new and existing clients and have certainty over the resources to run the claim. We have funded over 200 claims in the UK with a 80% win rate.We consider any size claim although our preference is for claims with damages upwards of $1m and an investment of up to $15m per claim.
