Complex problems need breaking down into manageable chunks. Teams need to orientate around value and doing the right things at the right time. Stakeholders need to be told what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Teams need to believe. It’s all about focusing everyone on a common cause based on trust and integrity.We may be a young company, but we’re growing fast.
