These included:- Biometric consultancy services to support the Industry, Distribution and Transportation sector. Neil was responsible for assisting in proposition development, pre-sales support and business development.- Unit management of a divisional support services unit, offering 24/7 support to a variety of clients across Transport, Travel, Retail and Manufacturing. At it's peak the unit offered support to 8 projects with an annual value of over £2 Million. In this role Neil was responsible for building the business and propositions.- Project Management to a retail client, developing their online capability through a £600K system enhancement. This delivery was carried out to budget and on time with a team of 15 developers.

Managed the daily office operations across 6 franchise operators, covering collections and deliveries to the BN postcodes across Sussex. This included co-ordinating a team of 14 drivers, leading client bookings by phone or onsite drop-ins - pushing for conversion from cash customers to account customers.
