Profile bio

About Neil Ralph

My passion and interest in engineering started young and continues today. Growing up, I was always working in the garage, building anything from bikes to r/c cars. I love to take things apart and put them back together to find out they all work. In past semesters I worked as a teaching assistant for my school’s machine shop. Here I’ve been able to use CNC lathes, plasma cutters, mills, and common machinery to build construct, and teach, enabling me to enhance my knowledge and engineering skillsAs a Senior in the Mechanical Engineering program at BYU-Idaho, I have focused on refining my skills and interests in this field. Mechanical design and Machine have been some of my favorite classes. For these classes, I extensively used CAD systems to design and build purpose built machines and execute forensic projects. I like to see things from start to finish; making sure everything is done right by thoroughly understanding how it functions

Listed skills include Mechanical Engineering, Machining, Cad, Solidworks, and 22 others.
