I'm a fund manager, budding venture capitalist and internet entrepreneur. I have a multidisciplinary background spanning the fields of IT, Mathematics and Finance. Fluent coder (pun intended!) in multiple languages (C,C++, Lua, PHP, Ruby, R, PHP, Octave etc. ... but love Python the most!). Linux and Open Source Software evangelist!I have almost two decades of "hands-on" experience in the capital markets - with a particular emphasis on listed derivative instruments (preferring options over futures). I am the author of the book: "The Index Option: The Secrets of Successful Options Trading". I am currently in the process of writing my new book: "How To Trade Options Successfully" - which is essentially, a complete rewrite of my first book.
