CurrentResponsible for all electronic data systems including the storage, retention, management, and security of all Nitron Group servers and cloud environments. Manage budgets and forecasting for costs related to equipment deployment, vendor contracts and managed IT services in excess of $60,000 yearly.Perform security and compliance operations with regards to evaluating risks and vulnerabilities and establishing cybersecurity contracts in compliance with the NIST Security Framework, as well as sustaining software-mandated end user license agreements.Identify and improve hardware and software needs for the business including, security camera software and equipment, enhanced printer/copier/scanner equipment, presentation and A/V needs for offsite and in-house conferences, mobile equipment, and various business software.Engage and work closely with Executives and department managers, with the innate ability to translate complex systems to the business to obtain approval and support for changes and upgrades.Maintain relationships with key vendors and managed IT services providers for optimal performance of our network environment, business systems and end users.Supervised and motivated internal and external developers in the creation, implementation, and training of our custom Trade Management System to integrate and streamline all aspects of business operations.Advise systems and business analysts on enhanced reporting tools, for example, JetReports for specialized reporting from MS Dynamics, Tableau in conjunction with MS Excel and add-on software to meet routine financial reporting requirements.Collaborate with CohnReznick, advisory firm, to devise and certify our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures and protocol.Successfully manage Covid-19 response with deployment of mobile equipment and home-based setups, i.e., monitors, laptop accessories, docking stations for “work from home” proficiency.
