OEM, Industrial and Export Sales ManagerIn Feb 2008 i took on responsibility for the international and industrial sales for Vision Alert. The strategy was to provide growth for the company in areas where there was a great deal of untapped potential.Sales target for 2011 represents 45% growth in International Sales.I have grown the global presence from 36 to 52 countries.Exceeded the sales targets in excess of 150% over the last 2 years.Responsible for supporting and growing existing business while developing new business.Developing long term sustainable partnerships with industry OEM's such as JCB and CAT.Responsible for strategy, sales, bottom line contribution, budgeting and planning.

In this role at VA I was part of the Senior Leadership Team and my key responsibility was to ensure that customer demands and needs were translated into the companies turnover and profit ambitions being met. Teaching the international marketing and international law parts of the Advanced Diploma in International Trade Course for Institute of Export.Being involved in the Management Training programme provided by Vision Alert, also working with Zodiac Training. Made up of many training days and events such as an event at Capel Curig Army Camp in North Wales.
