I have been working in the glass balustrade and decking industry for over 10 years as part of our family business. My expertise in sales and marketing is supported by my previous sales and technical experience in business & systems development and as a materials development technician in the building materials industry.A highlight in my career was being pivotal with successfully winning the Best use of Technology in Sales Award at the National Sales Awards in 2007. I have driven my continued success by adapting my skills to new challenges while helping our business adapt to new technologies along with developing business growth.Simplicity in process and design is key to supporting our customers develop bespoke building solutions for their outdoor spaces. Using my passion in building design and architecture, I work along side our clients developing simple, cost-effective designs and solutions for their outdoor living projects, within the UK and overseas.My passion to support others and lead by example is underpinned by my voluntary work. As a member of Lions Clubs International I have represented my district of 1200 members from 92 clubs as District Governor. This is a role that internationally represents grass route Lions with the global organisation of Lions Clubs. This has now led me to represent the organisation in the British Isles as its International Relations Officer, a role I will hold for 3 years.
