In total, I’ve covered over 50 leading public/private companies as an investment banker & equity analyst/associate advising on IPOs, block trades, equity raises, high yield debt financings, acquisitions & restructurings.As a CFO, I’ve brought an analytical lens to help leadership team’s understand risk & evaluate opportunities, working collaboratively to plan for & deliver on strategic initiatives.
