Senior leader partnering with Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to close capability gaps and support new missions through technology development. Work directly with government representatives to understand mission needs. Perform analysis of alternatives to assess current or new technologies that could support the mission. Develop product teams and allocate internal resources to further evaluate the efficacy of the technology through IRAD. Partner with government sponsors to identify 6.1-6.3 funding to mature the technology and demonstrate technology in an operationally relevant environment. Organize and focused Ball's IRAD portfolio to maximize the return on investment across near, mid, and far term capability gaps.Demonstrated success by growing Ball's government funded science and technology portfolio both in the number of customer organizations as well as the overall funding level year over year.
