Employed on a contract basis as a digital consultant for UK & International brands.Role included helping a large FMCG brand develop a global way of working with its agency partners, including developing best in class briefing documentation, analysing current agency output feedback and providing unified measurement frameworks. Additionally provided consultative support to technology and retail brands on a project by project basis.

Over a nearly 14 year career at MullenLowe Mediahub (originally Profero) I helped lead and develop the digital media business from 3 people to over 30+ talents in the UK, and over 100 globally. Key clients included Apple, Netflix, Marks & Spencer, Amazon, Hunter Boots, FedEx and Western Union.As UK Managing Director I was accountable for developing the business plan, leading client media strategies, building teams to meet their needs and ultimately accountable for delivering against KPIs - both the client and ours.Core responsibilities included: P&L management, new business development, team management, integration strategy across the wider business and business planning.Case studies of work can be shared on request.
