With 21 years in the Dent Removal Industry with 100's of different clients over that time, I have developed my experience and my knowledge in the sector exceptionally. I previously worked for the largest Dent Removal Company in the UK and with that experience I have taken it upon myself to Co-Found (Partner - Carl Reason) a personalised and efficient PDR Company. With our previous Automotive experience, the business now offers the franchised dealerships with a more reliable service. The industry can be a challenging sector to enter in to and therefore intense training schedules have to be set in place that can last up to 3 months. The 12 months that follow, or employees receive mentoring with our current technicians to ensure they are reaching their full potential. It has been mine and Carl's top priority to make sure that training these employees over the last 13 years has been done to the highest level possible.
