I offer a broad set of major project management skills and experience within senior roles on rail infrastructure and rolling stock projects. My roles had direct responsibilities for compliance, quality assurance, safety assurance, rail safety, competencies and certifications. My most recent role has been part of a major NSW rail and infrastructure project on the client side Completions and Compliance team within the Sydney Metro SVC Northwest project. The work covered the full suite of reviews of all project documentation including work lots, certifications competencies, safety assurance and asset management documentation.Previous roles within NSW Transport systems on the contractor side included direct interactions with Transport representatives across various functions including technical, safety and quality assurance.My direct responsibilities included management of compliance matters and competencies related to National Rail Safety Law and directly with ONRSR representatives during their surveillance activities. Similarly I managed quality assurance and compliance on behalf of the Auburn Rail Maintenance Facility on behalf of ERPM (Downer Rail managed rail depot).I also bring to my roles strong leadership skills as people manager, a continual improvement facilitator and a deliverer of measureable performance improvements.
