I represent parties in complex litigation related to these and other matters in state and federal courts. With recognized expertise on the Hague Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, New York and Israeli law I have been retained numerous times as an expert to testify on the application of that convention in Israel as well as on other aspects of Israeli law.
