Social infrastructure in the UK, generally benefits from limited supply and growing demand, which cannot be easily substituted by the internet.Newcore manages capital in real estate on behalf of institutional, family office and private clients, through funds and segregated accounts. It has a multi-strategy approach, investing across the risk spectrum and principally via directly-held property assets leased to third party tenants.
