Service Design and Transition Lead for Sainsbury’s Bank and Argos Financial Services, accountable for the production readiness governance for all material change programmes across the organisation. From project mobilisation I work across the change portfolio assessing progress through the project lifecycle against change framework controls. Controls cover technology, regulatory compliance, conduct, legal, finance, business and operational readiness. A Production Readiness Assessment provides the over-arching Bank approvals that a Change can be released to Production. I wrote, and am the owner of, these Bank-wide controls. I am also accountable for the provision of production strength service designs to support production toon change.
