Additionally oversaw all aspects of sales function recruitment, tactical workforce planning, EVP initiatives, reporting, communications and worked on other projects outside the scope of my role such as a new Uniform Design and Policy, leading a Visual Merchandising Administration team and project managing the roll out and decommissioning of commission and rostering tools.Also played a key role in the set up and engagement with the newly established LGBTI+ committee which resulted in Vodafone's first representation at Mardi Gras and engagement with AWEI accreditation.
