• Developed product strategy and coordinated go-to-market efforts that tripled annual revenues from Retail & Hourly industry customers from $10m to $30m in less than 3 years

• I helped found, build and sell this Cloud HCM/Recruiting startup to Taleo (TLEO) in Mar 2007.
• Directly led the Account Management & Customer Service teams (10 employees).
