During this time, I was recognized as consistent top performer on my team for quantity of texts produced through vendors and implemented training tools and workflow processes while integrating new systems, increasing efficiency and reducing cost on systems maintenance. Additionally, I was assigned to hire and train interns and seasonal employees relating to fundamental business processes.

During my time at Glazer's, I expanded portfolios at assigned accounts through aggressive and targeted product promotion. I consistently exceeded targeted 25% year/year sales growth expectation by pushing new product and providing excellent service to my clients.

While directing the rental activity of over 120 vehicles, I grew branch sales by 35% during tenure, focused on a more profitable mix of retail and corporate account business and increased fleet size by 25% in order to respond effectively to increasing client demand.My branch was consistently recognized as Top 10 office out of 32 rental locations in Cincinnati region while increasing the customer service rating to highest in branch history.I received multiple Exceptional Achievement awards from senior management based on branch performance and trained multiple employees through their transition into management roles.

I was a consistent top performer among sales representatives in the company. Also, I coordinated the implementation of a new customer service policy to help retain customers.
