Led the complete relaunch of brand, target customer, product offering, sales strategy, and software platform in less than 5 months. The company sold contracts in access of $15M ARR under the new model. We sold this business unit in less than a year to a strategic partner.

Led product development in the company. After COVID shut down the world and our business decreased drastically, I led the launch of 5 new revenue products in 6 months, which generated $1M+ in new sales for the company. Our strategy to launch new product, while transitioning to a completely remote team, allowed the company to not have any layoffs and end 2020 with positive revenue growth.

REDLIST is a SAAS startup that provides a platform for smart maintenance of industrial equipment. While at REDLIST, I implemented a product development process and managed the product/dev team that doubled in 6 months. I managed the scope, preparation, development, testing, and deployment of 80+ releases from 4 dev teams. I also, created a product prioritization framework and established OKRs across the company. The company achieved 6x growth in ARR in 2019.

I was awarded Employee of the Year as the top performing Product Team member in 2018. During my three years at REDX, I drove subscriptions of the company’s eight largest products by 105%. I negotiated road map items each week with Executive Management for the companies three largest products, increased efficiency in the QA group by 50% through improved systems and automated tests, and led research for the company’s top initiative and presented to Exec Management.

I launched two new products totaling $1.74M in incremental annual revenue and developed a new sales program that drove $1M in new company revenue in 2017. I led a company initiative to assess the market opportunity, create financial projections, write a business plan, and present the findings to the CEO for $2M business venture inside the company. I also increased customer insights three times by improving best practices in sales, support, marketing, and product.

Started a custom software development shop with a local code school. Sold over $100,000 of custom software projects in the first three months. Delivered seven completed software products using MEAN Stack, Ionic, and Native iOS.

Worked on a team that built really cool tech products for organizations with a cause. Embedded on a creative team as the technical expert for building new products and marketing campaigns.

I built a new photo sharing service, making it easy to share photos at events. Launch iOS and Android apps with a web service. Pitched the business to potential strategic partners and investors, including Shutterfly. Heard a lot of no's and learned a lot. Grew the service to over 10,000 users and sold the technology. The biggest lessons learned - embrace the journey, build something that people enjoy, and create a SUPER easy user experience.

Managed the daily needs of as many as 10 accounts valued at ~$2.4MM in annual revenue. Worked directly with developers to build software applications for Disney, Honda, Toyota, Guthy-Renker, Cars.com, and National University. Helped organize and strategize methods of data collection to prepare attribution and optimization techniques.

I delivered social media analytics and helped create social media web dashboards. My clients include Verizon, Intel, Warner Brothers, Hersey's, and others. Also created a model to evaluate new investment opportunities for the companies internal VC arm.

I participated in the rotational analyst program that allowed me to work on three great teams: marketing, finance, and business analytics. I created daily and weekly performance reports summarizing $1.6B business for Senior Leadership Team, which includes C-Level Executives and Senior Directors. I build new analytic models in Qlikview to offer new insights into marketing and inventory groups. In addition, I developed advanced Excel tools to trend new buyers and forecast performance in several advertising channels. I also implemented and directed two training programs to teach Excel skills for company planners and other analysts.

I was promoted within the firm after 3 months. I continued to provide due diligence and make recommendations for the foreign investment company. I developed a business plan and presented ideas to potential investors. I also performed cash flow analysis and created pro forma financials. I was also able to attend the State Capitol and meet with state officials about creating new jobs and increasing foreign investment money in the state.

Landed an internship with a VC focused on investing in start-up technology and internet companies. I had 2 projects; a feasibility and market analysis for foreign investment project to net $5M annually and a market research project for a start-up consulting firm. The firm decided to start the foreign investment project as a new company.
