Our civil engineering expertise allows us to perform onsite condition assessments for transportation, water and wastewater networks, bridges and structures. Our financial analysis capability allows us to comprehensively complete Road Needs Studies, Water and Waste Water Rate Studies; Water Financial Plans, long range Financial Plans, Asset Management Plans, and Capital Plans. We use leading edge software, linear and non linear algorithms and technology to maximize the prioritization and optimization process and provide a local government with the ability to run multiple "what if" scenarios and determine appropriate department budgets.
