At Dean Foods my position was as a remote level 3 support agent solely supporting 8 or more dairies. While there I saved Dean Foods over $20,000 in data recovery fees. I have been a part of an Active Directory migration. My goals are to be a part of a team in a server management situation. I believe that the best resources are usually the people around you. I do like to own a problem and resolve it successfully. I may sometimes appear as a know-it-all but I learn from my peers. I enjoy hard work to pay for my bicycling hobby. My goal is to be the best network engineer I can be.Specialties: I am a Microsoft Registered Partner. I am a Microsoft Certified System Administrator, and Microsoft Certified System Engineer on Windows 2000. I have acheived CompTIA A+, Network+, INet+, Security+, and Linux+ certifications. I enjoy hands on configuration of servers and workstations and laptops. I also run and use Linux on a regular basis. I really enjoy working on and configuring operating systems.
