It Enterprise Content Management Architect
Key enterprise content architect responsible for the storage, management and organization of content and corresponding processes. Drove the strategic vision for the enterprise content management solution used across the Fulton footprint (over 1.2 billion documents stored and managed within an industry-leading ECM platform (Hyland Onbase), used by 3,500 users across back-office operations and financial centers, spread across a five-state footprint). * Demonstrated leadership defining governance processes, including but not limited to system integration, information security, and business process engineering* Responsible for managing operating and capital expenditure budget between $500,000 and $1MM annually directly related to the use of, and enhancement of the platform* Key vendor partner, overseeing both the application and database upgrades, vulnerability assessments, and workflow enhancements. Presented use cases and budget proposals to executive leadership for strategic enhancements to the platform over the past five years. Key accomplishment working with the vendor partners was the design of an enhanced ransomware detection and recovery protocol. * Orchestrated full system upgrades, working with all lines of businesses to ensure smooth rollout post-testing. Cut down testing cycle from 6 weeks to 2 weeks with latest upgrade. * Oversight of a team of technical analysts and business analysts on all upgrades, key merger and acquisition activities and business-led enhancement deliverables. Most recently, led the ingestion of paper documentation from a recently acquired commercial lending bank, leading a team of approximately twenty individuals.
