Nations Home Mortgage is a Regional Bank for purchases and refinancing of residential lending.Responsible for managing the risk management for origination, processing, underwriting, and closing. Production was between $20-30M per month.Manage and maintain daily secondary marketing operations including locking loans, managing/monitoring pipeline, sale of loans, and rate sheet generation.Work with IT group to ensure our software system has the proper workflow and meets the requirements of every department in the company. Systems and procedures were implemented to ensure errors were reduced and the company was in compliance with all regulations.Establish and maintain relationships with warehouse lenders, wholesale lenders, direct lenders, and vendors who assist with secondary operations.Monitored QC reports and implemented changes in each department based upon the findings.Reported to the president directly on all aspects of the secondary marketing, risk management, and general operations of the company.
